Our trading hours are Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat 9.30-4.30pm.  We are closed all day on Thursdays and Sunday. 

We offer an out-of-hours viewing/demonstration service which is by appointment on a one-to-one basis, and if you would like to use this facility then please ring and ask for Sue, this service is offered free of charge.  This free appointment service gives you the opportunity to view all the products and receive our full attention at a time that is more convennient to you.

Once the order has been placed, the payment has been cleared, and the goods are in-stock, then the larger boxed goods will be delivered via Interlink Express, smaller packages will be delivered via the Post Office.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY AND ARE FOR COLLECTION FROM STORE ONLY.

Delivery of larger items we will make a charge on all orders under £75.00, this charge will be between £2.50 and £10.00, we will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time and we would ask the customer make sure that they are there to sign for the goods and to mark the delivery document as UNCHECKED and sign for the goods, if the boxes are damaged in anyway it is important that the words UNCHECKED/DAMAGED are used, otherwise you are signing to say that the goods are in good condition and we will have no comeback with the carrier and any replacement or repairs will be with the customer. 

 For goods that are collection from store only we will contact you once payment has cleared and the items are in-store and available for collection, we will store the goods until you wish to collect them at a time convenient to you.   We will also assemble the pram/pushchair and give a demonstation with a full car seat fitting service, thus giving peace of mind that you are not having to read through instruction books and also ensuring that your car seat is fitted correctly and would protect your child in accident.  It is a well known fact that over 80% of car seats are incorrectly fitted in this country, so make sure you are not one of those figures by coming to us.
