We are fully trained in every product within the store from folding all our prams and pushchairs, technical information and maintainence to colour ranges and availability, we also pride ourselves on being a fully trained authorised Britax, Jane, Recaro and Maxi Cosi car seat fitter and we will never just sell you a car seat for the money in the till, we will always ensure that it is the correct seat for the weight of the child, that the car seat is compatable with the car(s) as well as giving you a lesson in fitting the seat, as figures have shown that 80% of car seats are incorrectly fitted and a number of those are not compatable with the child or car(s) We have chosen not to sell car seats on the internet in particular the Stage 1/2 seats and the Jane Matrix Light as these are the most difficult to ensure the seat is right for the chosen car, instead we would suggest that you visit the store for a personal fitting session to ensure that you get the right product that if needed could save your child from serious injury if you were to have an accident, or even save its life.
